Examination fee- candidates are required to pay examination fee 300 rupees it is non refundable and SC ST candidates are exempted from paying fees


 age limit- candidates must have minimum 21 years age and maximum 32 years as on first January 2018

Plan and conduct of examination- preliminary examination there will be two papers that is paper 1 and Paper 2 paper II will be qualifying in nature at candidates have to secure at least 33% in paper 2
